These sessions are:

Calm, contained, and restorative

Focused on relaxation and nervous system regulation

Non-verbal (no need to talk or share personal history)

These sessions are not:

Talking therapy

Life coaching

There is no requirement to explain your experiences.

You are welcome to simply rest and receive.

Session details

Price: £50

Appointment length: 45 minutes

Reiki time: approximately 30 minutes

Sessions: single sessions only

Eligibility: Blue Light, NHS & care workers (valid ID required)

Flexible appointment times for shift workers

Early morning and evening appointments may be available, including sessions between 7am and 8pm, subject to availability.
